[nylug-talk] Disk imaging/cloning - sorry if someone asked this already

Would PI or dd allow me to make a disk image so I can
use it to copy it to a new machine or restore a
current configuration to my machine if I ruined it
-say experimenting a bit.
Of are there other tools (similar to norton ghost)
that would allow me to replicate my machine to
identical hardware or just restore my own machine?
