[nylug-talk] Colo in NYC?

I've been a Pilosoft customer for their DSL product... for the last two
months. Everything has been trouble free, and when I needed some support
(to put in a reverse DNS entry), it was done in about 30 seconds. So
count me as a very satisified customer.

However, I will say that their operation, at least over the phone, does
not inspire confidence (even if the service does). Pilosoft seems to be
one of those companies that actually does a good job, but has really bad
"cosmetics". These "cosmetics" range from your experience with their
sales people, unintelligible voice mail recordings, and a general sense
that the phone gets picked up by whoever is available.

If you can get past that, I think that you'll see pretty solid value for
your money, and a general lack of bullshit. And if the lack of cosmetics
keeps their value proposition high (which is really is right now), well,
I'll deal with it just fine.

I'm a satisified customer, no other relation to Pilosoft.
