I couldn't find anything after about 3 days of solid searching about 2
months back. But maybe someone else knows of a resource?

My $.02:

I recently did some volunteer work with a local non-profit that used
filemaker extensively. The multiuser concurrent use of FM without their
FM server product seemed *really* slow (it could be the
conflict/transaction resolution system, could be whatever!).

On the other hand, the clients *really* loved the UI. It seemed much
easier for them, and there was a marked increase in time-productivity
with FM users compared to web-based clients in the small pilot we did.

We ended up moving the databases themselves to mysql (in order to do
some more advanced web and reporting work) and connecting the end-users
via FM's obdc drivers. Worked really well.

One note of caution with benchmarks on FM. There is a FM server product
and several third party add-on products that can help or hurt
performance. READ THE FINE PRINT closely.
