Your expectations are entirely too high!   :)  Why should you expect
that a tool works?  Oh.  Right.  This is linux.

I'm using rpm2html-1.5-1 with rpm-4.0.2 on an older system without
too much trouble.

Is there anything in particular I can help you debug?
