The publishers will do it even when the authors are dead. Mox nix to me, I
doubt I'll reach my 98th birthday even if such a bill passed this week.
(Yeah, I turn 3x2^4 years old this Memorial Day, and several of you know I
don't maintain a healthy diet nor would ever want to).
