No, they will work at whatever the bus speed is.  So if the bus speed is at 
100mhz, and you put in 200mhz RAM.  The extra speed of the ram doesn't matter 
because the bus is still at the slower speed.

Both MIcron and Crucial are great companies.  Crucial is actually a division 
of Micron.  (It should be noted that often Crucial charges more for RAM than 
most other vendors.)

They might be a mistaken, confused, or are trying to get your money, hehe
