just done a search for the memory for you so check out the above web site,
Memory is more complex that other components there seems to be voltage
issues, while with hard disks you can mix say ATA 66 with ATA 100 and a ATA
66 bus , ok the newer hdd does not run as fast, but that is not always
important,
good luck with getting memory, I think manufacturers always recommend
matched memory.
