Quite fast - at least in my neighborhood.  But I suspect that there's probably 
few people in my neighborhood with cable, so that's kind of a skewed result.

I have no idea.  Not that I've seen.

Someone else mentioned they don't allow servers.  Didn't know that either - 
oops ... I am running a server.  Maybe it's in my TOS, but I never read that 
gobbledygook.  Anyway, my server is just a personal one (e.g., baby pictures, 
etc.) and not a public web site so I think it's probably OK anyway.
